Our mission is to support organisations in their transformation

 

A lot of people do not feel motivated or inspired in their work places. That clearly has a negative influence on their performance and impact and has severe consecuences for the organisation´s results.

But who is responsible? The organisation?
The leaders? The employee?

Our mission is to support companies in their transformation into an inspiring organisation with conscious leaders that enable their people´s talent to grow and shine.

In that transformation every person has a key role, independently of the position in the company: Everyone needs to have the awareness and the tools to be responsible for their own well- being and growth. Only like that one can promote well- being and growth of others and grow the organisation´s success.

How can we achieve that?

The erl&iocca Growth Kit will be implemented personalised according to each organisation´s needs.

The Growth Kit consists of a path of several training seeds that support and empower participants to be responsible for their own well- being and growth. Once we have achieved this essential first step, they will learn how to integrate the various skills and knowledge in order to serve their area with excellence, to increase their impact and results and to grow others and the whole organisation.

Every projects starts with an in- depth analysis of the company´s current situation and the definition of the desired changes. According to the results of this evaluation the organisation´s personalised Growth Kit will include all required training modules to achieve the defined improvements.

A seed in a garden needs 4 ingredients to become a healthy and productive plant:

Good soil, sufficient water, nutrients and lots of sun.

All the trainings follow our CREATE method that consists in 6 steps:

Creativity:

By using different techniques we develop a creative state that maximizes the access to our resources to create change.

Right intention:

We define individually and collectively the changes we want to accomplish, how we want to bring them into action and how they will benefit us in our daily life.

Experience and resources:

We connect our intentions with the experience, knowledge and resources we already have in order to build a solid foundation.

Action:

We apply new tools and work intensely in practising them in experience based activities.

Transform obstacles:

When we apply learnings we normally face different obstacles and individual barriers. We transform these obstacles into resources and solutions to foster change.

Elevate your learning:

We develop habits and commitments with ourselves and the organization in order to elevate our changes to the next level.

To maximize the learning of these modules, participants will work on a pre- work exercise before each session. Each training module end with the delivery of a post- work exercise in order to transform the learnings into a sustainable change.
