I´m Corinna and I´m passionate about growth

 

I have always been interested in people, in what´s behind their surface, in what they think and feel, in what makes them unique. To this day I´m still fascinated by how they learn and grow. For that reason, I decided to study adult education in my hometown, at Regensburg University, in Germany. 

During university I had this huge desire to move abroad, to an open minded and inspiring place where lots of cultures live together. And after I finished my Master degree I moved to Barcelona. Since then 20 interesting, challenging and happy years passed. Being in this international environment makes me feel comfortable and inspires me both personally and professionally.

Growth also plays an important role in my private life, to be exact: “vegetable growth”. I enjoy this hobby in my 50 m2 eco garden where I grow vegetables of all kind. As a fact, both of my “growth passions” have a lot in common: In my professional hobby I support people in their personal and professional growth and in my private hobby I grow lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, etc. In both cases I provide the environment, methods, depth of knowledge and care that allows them to grow. I love to be able to develop, accompany and observe their changes.

Since I came to Spain I have been working as a Learning Consultant, Trainer, Coach and Talent Development Manager in various organizational and personal development projects in international companies, especially in the automotive sector.
